She was born Oct. 5, 1931 in Joelton, Davidson County, Tenn., to the late Raybon and Sara (Felts) Binkley. She is survived by her children, Donna Payne, Jerry Florian and Dianne Florian, as well as two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services are planned.
