Verde Independent (Cottonwood AZ) Thursday, October 29, 1959, Sec 1, p 3 Albert B. Chilton Services At Prescott Funeral services were held yesterday at the LDS Church in Prescott for Albert B. Chilton, 75, who died at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Saturday. A former Valley resident, he had made his home at Yarnell since June 1957. Burial was in the family plot at Wickenburg. Born in Syracuse, Kan., in 1884, he came to Arizona in 1917 from Nevada where he was a rancher. He operated a ranch at Flagstaff and later resided in the Valley. Before moving to Yarnell, he lived out-of-state for a time. He is survived by his wife, Ida, Yarnell; a son, Kelly, Prescott; two sisters and a brother, out of state, and two grandchildren.
