Public Opinion (Chambersburg PA) Monday, May 18, 2015 Wilma J. Brechbill, 60, of Edenville, passed away May 16, 2015, at home. She was born December 3, 1954, in Chambersburg, PA to Blaine and Esther (Byers) Brechbill. She was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church in Edenville. She was a CNA, working at the Chambersburg Hospital. She had also worked in various nursing homes in the area prior to working in the hospital. She was a very faithful person whose faith was shown in her love for the Lord and helping other people. She is survived by her mother, Esther M. Byers Brechbill; and her five brothers and sisters, Joseph B. (husband of Sue) Brechbill of Bedford, Donald L. (husband of Mary Ann) Brechbill of Chambersburg, Bernice K. Brechbill of Harrisonburg, VA, Edward B. (husband of Joan) Brechbill of Chambersburg, Verna M. (wife of Marvin) Garber of Wickenburg, AZ. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Blaine J. Brechbill. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Portico River Brethren Meeting House. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 till 4:00pm and 6 till 8pm at the meeting house. Interment will be at Brechbill Cemetery. The family requests omission of flowers. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Hone, 725 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA, will be handling arrangements.
