Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Tuesday, August 25, 2015 Maureen Davidheiser, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at 82 years of age at UCLA Santa Monica on Aug. 13, 2015 due to natural causes. Maureen was a long time resident of Globe, Ariz. She moved to the Los Angeles area to be close to her children. Maureen had a wide group of friends, enjoyed hiking locally and volunteered for many years at the Besh Ba Gowah architectural site and museum. She worked at the Globe courthouse in the Planning and Zoning Department, from which she retired in the late ‘90s. Maureen came from a pioneering family and owned a ranch in Southern California on which her family lived for generations. She is survived by her son, Bill Davidheiser; daughter, Linda Pyburn; step-children, Joe, Tom and Evelyn Davidheiser; grandchildren, Amanda Davidheiser, Nicole Pyburn Valenzuela, Rebecca Davidheiser Heller, and Lindsey Davidheiser Zerhuesen and great-grandson, Max Valenzuela. A private family memorial service will be held.
