Price, a daughter Patti Uribe of Glendale, Ariz.; two sons: Jack Price of Fresno, Calif.; Douglas Price of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister: Nancy De Paola of Newberg, Or. and two grandsons: Jason and Christopher Scherr. Private family services were under the direction of Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood, Arizona.
