David Speicher Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on Oct. 18, 1946. Departed on Sept. 10, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. David Speicher, 58, died September 10, 2005 of a heart attack. Born October 18, 1946 in Indianapolis, David had lived in central Arizona for seven years and was the owner of Verde Tax Service in Cottonwood. He is survived by his former wife, three daughters, two brothers, sister, father and stepmother. A celebration of life ceremony was held at Murphy's Grill September 16 in Cottonwood. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
