HUME, Stanley James (Stein)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 10/09/2015 Stanley James Hume, aka “Stein,” went home to be with the Lord Oct. 4, 2015. He was born March 3, 1951. He loved rodeo while growing up. He worked as a green chain operator at FATCO. He loved hunting, fishing, horseshoes and watching sports, especially the Cardinals. But the most important thing to him was spending time with his family. He is survived by his companion, Eulah Patterson, sister Merly Hume; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by Ray Hume, Melvina Hume Burke and Emery Hume Sr. A two-night wake started Thursday, Oct. 8, at Sunset Dr. House #197, in Cibecue. Funeral services will be held at the same location at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Silver Creek Mortuary of Pinetop handled arrangement.
