SANCHEZ, SR., Romolo

Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Romolo Sanchez Sr. (November 12, 1951 - October 2, 2015) Romolo was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and graduated from Flagstaff High School. He met his wife Jean and together they raised their three beautiful daughters and son. Romolo worked for and retired from the City of Flagstaff Streets Department, where he worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Romolo enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Romolo will forever be remembered for his big heart and candid sense of humor. Romolo was preceded in death by his Parents Pedro Sanchez Sr and Refugia Sanchez; and Brothers Ricardo Sanchez and James Edward Hake. Romolo is survived by his wife, Jean Sanchez, daughters Dia Townley (Thomas), Angela Hernandez (Charles), Amanda Sanchez (Timothy), and son Romolo Jr (Janeen), 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. At Romolo’s request there will be no formal memorial services. -Romolo will be missed and is forever in our hearts-
