Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Caroline Smith Born: March 14, 1940 Died: October 07, 2015 Caroline (Cova) Smith was born on March 14th, 1940 and passed into God's glory on Oct. 7th, 2015. She grew up in Tucson, attending Cragin, Doolan and Catalina HS '57. She and dad (Ron Smith) modeled such a wonderful marriage to all who knew them for 55 years. They were blessed with 3 children:Robyn (Ken) Raley, Holly (Brian) Gavre and Ron and Tina Smith. They were also blessed with eight special grandchildren and one extra special great-grandchild. She is remembered by her family as living a life full of gratitude and optimism even to her last moments, which was a great inspiration to her family who were by her bedside at her death. She so blessed us over the years with her fun laugh, beautiful smile and her natural ability to bring comfort and humor to all of us in all situations. She was such a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She made us smile with her intentional random letters of love which we all received over the years and now treasure. We will greatly miss her hugs and affection which she so freely shared with all of us. An open house, in honor of her life, will be held on October 18th, from 12-4 at their Lakeside residence.
