Donald Edward Osman, 91, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, born Oct. 29, 1923 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, passed away Oct. 17, 2015 in Prescott, Arizona.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Oct. 23, 2015 at the St. Germaine Catholic Church, 7997 E. Dana Drive, Prescott Valley. Final commendation will be at noon Oct. 23, 2015 at the Heritage Memorial Park, 12000 E. Heritage Memorial Lane, Dewey, Arizona.
