He was born June 11, 1919 in Common Falls, Minnesota. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. McKinley was retired from the State of California. He enjoyed sports, music and good friends. Mr. McKinley is survived by his wife of 63 years, Gustie McKinley. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Minnesota. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
