Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Sara H. Jeffs passed away November 8, 2015 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She was born February 4, 1931 in Wellsville, Utah, the daughter of Briar and Martha Haslam. As a young girl her family moved to Ogden, Utah. She married Parley R. Jeffs and they spent 51 wonderful years together. Sara was a classic snowbird and split her time between homes in Lake Havasu and South Ogden. She retired from Department of Defense as a computer systems analyst after 30 years of service. Sara was an avid golfer who belonged to several ladies’ golf associations in Utah and Arizona. She scored multiple hole-in-one’s during her golfing years. She also enjoyed warm weather and gambling. Sara is survived by her husband, Parley; children, Kathy (Jim) Webster, Blaine (Jill) Eck and Denis (Betty) Jeffs; five grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Dee Haslam. Sara was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers (Clifford, Wesley, David), and a sister Edith. A family service will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday 17 on November, 2015 at Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park in Ogden, Utah. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
