Lucille (Lucy) Eva Rowley
April 12, 1934 - November 11, 2015
Lucy, a devout Catholic was brought home to Jesus on Veteran's Day and welcomed by her loving grandparents Frenchie and Eva Plourde, parents Thomas and Carmen Wyckoff, brother Frank Wyckoff and son Charles Rowley.
Lucy is survived by her adoring husband of 60 years, Donald G. Rowley; her loving children, Therese Stover, Robert Rowley, Catherine Chesnovitz, John Rowley and Clare Rowley; her amazing grandchildren, Meika Franz, Marie Crouch, Michelle Berckes, Vincent Rowley, Jenne Greene, Morgan Alger and Monica Stover; her adorable great granddaughters, Biba Franz and Charlotte Crouch.
Lucy was a wonderful mother, sister, wife, daughter, grandmother and great grandmother. She was selfless, always there to listen with compassion and kindness. She was a positive force to everyone that knew here.
Lucy was born in Los Angeles, California and was very versatile in business throughout her life working as a secretary, bookkeeper, hearing aid specialist, financial controller of Hoop-It-All a business owned with her husband, she was an embroidery artist, graphics designer and teacher of machine embroidery.
She was always open to Don's adventures of building a home, flying airplanes, learning to bicycle, water ski, camping and navigating around the country in a motor home. She was a free spirit, she sang like an angel, she entertained her family with her beautiful voice, played piano, taught CCD and could fill a room with love, kindness, empathy and joy. Her love was unconditional and selfless.
We have a lifetime of memories and rest in knowing that she's now with God and her heavenly family - May God Bless her and may Mother Mary embrace her. In Jesus's Name ....
