Alvin "Jack" Wetmore Jr., of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on Nov. 6, 2015. He was born Aug. 6, 1914 in Kansas City, Kansas to Alvin and Gertrude Wetmore.
Jack retired from APS as an Energy Consultant. He was an active member of the community belonging to the Unity Church in Prescott, Apache Wells Community Church in Mesa, Rotary Club and the Masonic Lodge in Prescott, the Scottish Rite in Tucson, El Zaribah Shrine in Phoenix, Illuminating Engineers Society, Acacia Fraternity at University of Kansas and the Audubon society. He also played in the Shriner's band.
Jack is survived by his sister Carolyn Gilles; nieces Judy Reid and Susan Shipman; and stepchildren Peter Nelson and Janet Nelson.

Jack's Memorial service is at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 at Mesa Good Shepherd, Good Samaritan Society Chapel, 5848 E. University Drive, Mesa Arizona.
