The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 12/08/2015 Connie Shreeve, 56, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, in Springerville. She was born Jan. 21, 1959, in Mesa, the daughter of Thomas Charles and Delora May Wilkins Shreeve. Connie was an executive assistant for Apache County. She moved to St. Johns in 1973 with her family, where she grew to love music and enjoyed and excelled in her academic endeavors. She attended Eastern Arizona College, Northern Arizona University, and Southern Utah University. Upon completing her studies, Connie journeyed through many states with her work. Kelsie, her daughter, was the light of her life, and together, they enjoyed traveling and created many memories. All who met her knew of her love of animals, her family and Pepsi. Connie is survived by her daughter, Kelsie Shreeve of Sinton, Texas; her mother; brothers Dave (Marsha) Shreeve of Gilbert and Tim (Annette) Shreeve of St. Johns; and sisters Juanelle (Steve) Shelton of Saratoga Springs and Chanda Shreeve of Sinton, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, sister Danette Loveless and brother Tom Shreeve. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 7, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, St. Johns Downtown Chapel. Interment followed the services at the St. Johns Westside Cemetery.
