Marvin Wayne “Buck” Goar Sr., 79, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at the Haven in Lakeside. 

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, at the New Living Church, 3072 Lockwood Dr., in  Lakeside.

In honor of Buck’s love of music and classic country songs, everyone is invited to participate in an open jam session. Feel free to bring your favorite instrument or vocal talent and join in.
