| Robert L. Flower, 85, of Scottsdale passed away on June 2, 2005. Robert (Bob) is survived by his wife Esther, sons Bill, Terry and Jack, and granddaughters Melissa, Stephanie and Julie, as well as by brothers Edwin and Richard. His eldest son Dick passed away in 2003. Bob was born in 1919 in Cincinnati Ohio. He received Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degrees from Ohio State University and went to work for General Electric on their jet engine program during WWII. Bob and his family moved to Phoenix in 1960. He loved the National Parks and frequently took the family hiking and camping. He was also an avid dog lover and knew the name every dog he encountered on his morning walks along the Arizona Canal.
