Mary Kay Frost, 82, of Chino Valley, Arizona, born Sept. 16, 1933 in Oak Park, Illinois, passed away Dec. 27, 2015.

Service will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 30, 2016 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church in Chino Valley and in March 2016 at St. Francis of Rome Catholic Church in Chicago, Illinois.
