Brando Eric Kane entered eternal rest Jan. 11, 2016, in Show Low surrounded by family members. He was born April 3, 1979, to Natalie Kane.
Brando lived in Canyon Day all his life, educated at Seven Mile Elementary School, John F. Kennedy School, Alchesay High School and Job Corps in Colorado.
His hobbies included collecting sunglasses (a variety of shades), watching a variety of movies and listening to all varieties of music.
His favorite team was UofA. He also was a community laborer, doing wood chopping, cleaning yards, etc.
He was known for taking joy walks in the community of Canyon Day. He enjoyed the company of his buddies at home or visiting them.
He was an avid faithful member of the Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his parents, Natalie and Broadus Johnson; three uncles, Kino Kane, Mitchell Kane and Carley Cosay Sr; six aunts, Serena Altaha, Vivian Williams, Isabelle Cosay, June Quintero, Victoria Anderson and Lucille Moody; nine godsisters; three godbrothers; and two nieces and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Adolph Kane, grandma Amelia Kane, aunts Lavonne Kane and Ophelia Kane and uncle Randy Kane.
A wake was held Sunday, Jan. 17, in Canyon Day with Bishop Leroy Tate officiating. Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 18, at Canyon Day Miracle Church with interment at the Canyon Day Cemetery.
Silver Creek Mortuary of Taylor handled arrangements.
