Prescott Journal Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Tuesday, May 15, 1917, page 8, column 2 Pioneer Is Called Another old-time resident of Prescott, John Morris, passed away Sunday, after an illness due to abscess of the stomach. He was 75 years, and during a residence of nearly a third of a century enjoyed an excellent name He is survived by a widow and daughter, Mrs. Daisy Lazure. Burial will be given this afternoon from the chapel of W. M.
