Frank Duffy, and old time prospector and miner in this section died at the Sister's hospital yesterday.

Mr. Duffy was a veteran of the civil war and a comrade of Captain L. D. Phillips, and the latter finding him recently sick in a tent, had him removed to the Sister's hospital and cared for at his expense. He was given the very best of care during his illness and was buried this afternoon from the Catholic church.

Deceased has been a resident of this county for the past twenty-five years and was highly respected.

Transcriber's note: Mr. Duffy is buried in an unmarked grave at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
