| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, December 03, 2015 Pamela Dee Harper Shepherd passed away November 19, 2015. Pamela was 61 at the time of her death. She was born July 13, 1954 to JW & Lilah D. Harper. Pamela moved from Phoenix to Cottonwood about 2 years ago. She worked as a licensed massage therapist in Sedona for Namti Spa. Pamela is survived by her children Rachael Allison, Brian Stubbs of Wyoming, Frank Stubbs of Phoenix and Nathaniel Stubbs, her sisters Denise Breidenbach of Cornville and Patricia Norman of Utah, her brothers Jay Harper of Phoenix and Bud Harper of Ohio, 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
