| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, December 01, 2015 Katherine Ann Norris, 64 of Cottonwood, passed away on November 27, 2015. She was born on September 26, 1951 in San Diego, California to William and Virginia Carter. Katherine was preceded in death by her parents and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Harold Norris; brothers William Carter, Richard Carter and Robert Carter; sisters Sharon Turner and Cheryl Aggers; stepsons Levi Norris and Wesley Norris and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held for Katherine on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:00am at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. An online guestbook is available to sign at www.westcottfuneralhome.com.
