She was born on September 28, 1951 in Los Angeles, CA to Henry Carter and Marian Dostier. Melody is survived by her sons Jeremy Hoelting (Cyndee) of Cottonwood, Jesse Hoelting (Jacque) of Cottonwood and John Hoelting of Rimrock; daughter Sara Polak (Dave) of Camarillo, CA and 10 grandchildren.
