| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Jennie D. Yazzie September 23, 1925 - February 9, 2016 Jennie D. Yazzie, of Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on February 9, 2016 at her home in Show Low. She was 90. Jennie was born to her parents the late, Gishie and Yelthnanibah Begay on September 23, 1925 in Greasewood, Navajo County, Arizona. Jennie loved to fish and enjoyed her time spent by a quiet stream or lake, with her line in the water. She was an avid football fan always rooting for her favorite team, the Denver Broncos, and was extremely excited as they celebrated their most recent Super Bowl win. A loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend she will be dearly missed by all those whom she loved and by those who loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Corinna Simpson; grandchildren, Erin (Danny) McNeil, Ian Simpson, Shay Simpson, Levi Simpson and Jessica Sage; great-grandchildren, Dominic Serna, Rya McNeil, Malaia McNeil, Mackenzie Simpson, Jonathan Simpson, Christopher Simpson, Harli Simpson, Chanel Simpson, Kaharyree Davis, Santania Sage, Heather Sage, Cherry Williams, Michael Williams, Penny Williams, Nathan Williams as well as many extended family members and friends. Private family services are planned. |
