| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, February 16, 2016, page 5a Zachary Andrew Woods was born on Dec. 2, 1998, in Flagstaff, Arizona, to Pastor Eric A. Woods and Lori S. Woods of Holbrook, Arizona. Zachary slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus, at home in Chino Valley, Arizona, with his parents by his side, on Jan. 25, 2016, after a lifelong battle with neuro-muscular disease. Zachary was full of courage, joy, kindness and love. Zach loved and was loved by his two little sisters and he loved attending Summit Bible Church and Chino Valley public schools. He also enjoyed movies and watching basketball. Eric and Lori would like to thank all of the medical professionals, caregivers, school staff, classmates and fellow church members who showered Zach with love and care for his whole life. A Celebration of Life was held at First Southern Baptist Church of Chino Valley on Jan. 30, 2016, and Zachary was interred at the Holbrook, Arizona, Cemetery on Feb. 1, 2016. Arrangements were handled by the Chino Valley Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors. |
