CARGIN, Barbara Ann

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, February 17, 2016 Barbara Ann Cargin went to rest in heaven on Feb. 13. Barbara was born on Dec. 1, 1944 in Akron, Iowa. to Herbert and Iva Liston. During her time on this earth, she worked for Zenith and Best Western. She was primarily a homemaker, wife and mother. She extended her motherliness to those in need, becoming a foster parent in Iowa. To all who knew her, she was simply “Mom.” Barbara is preceded in death by her father Herbert Liston, mother Iva Liston, and sister Patricia Liston. She leaves behind a husband of 51 years, Richard “Dick” Cargin; daughter Megi Cargin Martin; grandsons Tyler and Nathaniel; and granddaughter Ashli-Heather Cargin. No services have been scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are handled through David’s Desert Chapel in Wickenburg.
