| The Lowell Sun, Lowell, Mass. Wednesday, December 16, 2015 Prescott Valley, Arizona -- Ronald Anthony Wayman, 77, Prescott Valley, Arizona, born May 23, 1938, in Lowell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully - surrounded by his loving children, on December 10, 2015, at the Marley House in Prescott, Arizona. He was born to Charles Francis Wayman and Ida Marie (Morin) and attended Morrill School, Greenalge School, St. Patrick's Boy School and Lowell Trade High school in Lowell, Mass. He served in the U.S. Air Force from August 1st, 1955 to September 30th, 1978. During his 23 years in the Air Force he worked as an Aircraft Pneudraulic Systems Technician. He was stationed in Germany, England, Vietnam and various other bases in the United States and temporary duties in other foreign countries. He also visited Belgium and Luxemburg, and his temporary duty assignments were to Libya and Germany. He worked 23 years in Civil Service at Luke Air Force Base and Randolph Air Force Base where he served as an aircraft supervisor and inspector. He held various offices with AFGE Local 1547 (Steward, Chief Steward, Vice President, and President. He served on the AFGE Arizona State Council as the Vice President. He is survived by his Children Michael Wayman (USCG Ret.) (Sherry), Gary Wayman (USCG Ret.) (Kathy), Sandra Richardson (Timothy (USN), and Cynthia Zumwalt (John). He has six favorite Grandchildren; Melissa Bechand (Richard (USAF), Matthew Glaze (Delicia) (Army NG), Timothy Richardson (USAF) (Lindsey), Ryan Zumwalt (Rajae), Connor Zumwalt (USA) (Debra), McKenzie Zumwalt and his thirteen favorite great-grandchildren; Peytun, Paxtun, Kaleb, Adam, Nicholas, Zachary, Genevieve, Andrew, Libby, Noah, Hannah, Madeline, and Blakely. His brothers Robert Wayman (Cari), John Wayman (Linda), and James Wayman (Claudette), his Sisters Dorothy Masker (Richard), Maureen Falardeau (Joe), Janet Moreau, and Eleanor Mary Wayman. Also, he was preceded in death by his parents Charles & Ida, his wife Florence, and his brother Richard. He will be inurned at the Prescott National Cemetery at a future date and time.
