Naoma Josephine (Keith) Gore died Feb 10, 2016. She was born Jan 16, 1915 in Taiban, Roosevelt County, NM, the youngest of six children of Perry and Annie (Rogers) Keith. She was schooled in Taiban, Vaughn and Elida, NM. She always went by Josephine.

She married Edward Thomas Gore Dec 13, 1931 in Portales, NM. She was preceded in death by Parents, her five siblings, son Stanley Roger Gore (Mary). 1997, son Keith Edward Gore (Ramona), 2015, and husband Edward Thomas Gore, 1996.

She is survived by Daughter Jo Margaret Farris (John Adams) of Albuquerque, NM, Gerald William Gore (Katie) of Wickenburg, AZ, Mary (Kennedy) Gore of Las Vegas, NV, widow of Stanley Gore, twelve grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was a long time resident of Artesia, NM and active member of the First Christian Church. She resided in My Father's Retirement Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ for the last five years of her life.

She enjoyed crocheting and knitting, winning numerous ribbons at the Eddy County NM fair. She was a bowler in Artesia leagues, NM State Tournaments and won three bowling silver medals in the National Senior Olympics in the 90+ age bracket. She also loved to dance.

Interment will be in Artesia, NM.

The Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, 30 April 2016 at the First Christian Church in Artesia, NM. Family and friends may offer online condolences and www.wickenburgfuneralhome.com. Arrangements under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home.
