The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 02/12/2016 Lyndein Scoggin Sanders, 67, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016, in Springerville. She was born March 16, 1948, in Springerville, the daughter of William Russell and Frances Ardith Hamblin Scoggin. Lyndein was raised and went to school in the Blue River Valley where she lived with her parents and two older siblings. She eventually settled in Alpine with her husband, William Sanders, where they enjoyed hunting, fishing and taking rides out into the woods. Lyndein, who was preceded in death by her parents and two children, Dedra and Lee, is once again in her mother’s loving arms who she always considered her best friend. She is survived by her husband; brother Bud (Ilene) Sanders; and sister Terri Scoggin. “We would like to give a special thank-you to Deanna and Carol of the Little Colorado Behavioral Center for all of their loving care.” Services will be announced at a later date. Burnham Mortuary of Eagar handled arrangements.
