| Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory, Wickenburg, Arizona Ethel L. Hill June 3, 1919 - February 25, 2016 Ethel L. Hill, age 96, passed away in Wittmann, Arizona on February 25, 2016. Ethel was born June 3, 1919 in Encampment, Wyoming to Harry W. Pantle and Florene Manor-Pantle. She married Jack Arthur Hill on October 21, 1939 in Kimball, Nebraska and they made their home where work took them. Ethel and Jack moved to Arizona 37 years ago and settled in Morristown where they lived for over 22 year until moving into Wickenburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2006. She is survived by a nephew Marvin Pantle of Wyoming. Interment will take place in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Wednesday, March 2, 2016 Ethel L. Hill, 96, passed away in Wittmann on Feb. 25, 2016. Ethel was born June 3, 1919, in Encampment, Wyo., to Harry W. Pantle and Florene Manor-Pantle. She married Jack Arthur Hill on Oct. 21, 1939, in Kimball, Neb. They lived in Encampment until WWII when Jack went into the Army. He was stationed most of the time in the Philippines, and Ethel worked at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal in Denver during this time. She also worked in the kitchen at the Fitzsimons Army Hospital in Aurora, Colo. After the war Ethel and Jack returned to Encampment. The couple moved to Arizona in 1982 and settled in Morristown where they lived for more than 22 years until moving into Wickenburg. Ethel was a fixture at the Wise Owl Senior Center for years where she volunteered and enjoyed her many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2006. She is survived by a nephew Marvin Pantle of Wyoming. Interment will take place in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Friends may offer online condolences at www.wickenburgfuneralhome.com.
