Ethel M (Culp) McCracken

Ethel M. (Culp) McCracken, age 85 of Camp Verde, Arizona passed from this life and went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Haven of Camp Verde following a brief illness and hospitalization.

Ethel was born March 22, 1930 in Lawrenceville, Illinois to Peter P. Culp and Flozza (Chickadonse) Culp.

In earlier years, she worked as a Secretary for the First Southern Baptist Church of Camp Verde, Arizona. She was married to Roy McCracken and one son was born to this union. Ethel was a faithful member of the Camp Verde Baptist Church.

Ethel met every morning at Carl's Jr. to have coffee and enjoy breakfast with her friends.

Ethel is preceded in death by her parents, Peter P. and Flozza Culp, her husband Roy McCracken and her son Donald B. McCracken, Sr. Ethel is survived by a grandson Donald B. McCracken, Jr. and a daughter-in-law.

Ethel will be greatly missed by her church family at Camp Verde Baptist Church and by all who knew her.

A Memorial service for Ethel will be held Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Camp Verde Baptist Church following the morning worship service at approximately 12:15 p.m.

Following the service her ashes will be scattered on her husband Roy's grave at Clear Creek Cemetery.
