The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 03/11/2016 Mark Robert Tezak, 49, died March 7, 2016. He was born Jan. 23, 1967. Mark served our country in the U.S. Army (ammo specialist) in Velski, Germany, and received an honorable medical discharge from the Army after being injured. He is survived by his mother, Sandra L. Tezak; father Robert J. Tezak; fiancée Penny Mooney; stepsister Tiffany Harper and family; grandmother Adele Kolar, aunt Judy Sigler; cousins Jeff and Mike Sigler and families; aunt Linda Akeman; uncle Ed Akeman and families; aunt Gina Apple; uncle Bill Apple and families; aunt Donna Cusimano; uncle Joe Cusimano and family; cousins Curt Flores, Fred Flores, Tammy Schools and families; and godparents Ruth Gallman, Dave Watson and Pam Welch (who named Mark). Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at Paradise Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale. Messinger Indian School Mortuary handled arrangements.
