| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 03/18/2016 Emma C. Fall went peacefully to be with the Lord March 11, 2016, surrounded by loved ones. She was born Nov. 6, 1930. Emma was full of jokes, liked to tease and was always laughing. She was a devoted member of the Canyon Day Lutheran Church. She liked to sew camp dresses. She was a homemaker who raised five children and her many grandchildren. Emma liked to frequent Hon-Dah Casino. Emma is survived by her husband, Glen Moore Fall; children Janice and Randall Massey Jr., Erwin and Edlina Thompson, Leota and Jess Quintero Jr. and Annette M. Thompson; sister Minnie Burnette; 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Davis Alvin Thompson, sisters Ethel Tenijieth and Lydia Gregory and brother Russell Cosen. A wake was held March 15 at 112 Bear Canyon Road in Canyon Day. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 16, at the East Fork Lutheran Church with Pastor Gary Lupe officiating. She was laid to rest at the Hastings Family Plot at the Canyon Day Cemetery.
