| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, March 13, 2016, page 9a Ruth Delores Martinez September 8, 1936 - March 6, 2016 Ruth Delores Martinez, 79, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Prescott, passed away on March 6, 2016. Ruth Martinez went home to be with the Lord on Sunday. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on Sept. 8, 1936 where she attended Phoenix Union High School. Afterwards, she enjoyed traveling to Canada, Israel and many states across the U.S. While she had a long career in nursing, her greatest treasures were her children and talking about the Lord. She is survived by her sons Bobby and Jerry; daughter Ruth; and grandchildren Teresa, Sara and Nathan. She now rests with Jesus and her eldest daughter Tammie. Services will be 6 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2016, at Immanuel Bible Church, 60th St. and Greenway, in Phoenix. Information provided by survivors. |
