She was born March 28, 1940, in Toppenish, Washington. Sandra was an elementary school teacher in California and was active in her church, teaching primary and serving in many different capacities. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Stella Walters. She was a devoted mother and wife and is survived by her husband of 53 years Richard; son Randy; and Diane (Mike) Edwards. The services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the LDS Church, 1001 Ruth St., Prescott. There will be no viewing. Information provided by survivors.
