Timothy Lee Morgan
unknown - March 14, 2016

On March 14, 2016, Timothy Lee Morgan passed away at his home in Prescott Valley at the age of 74, with family at his side.

Adopted son of Elizabeth and Thomas Morgan who grew up in Tacoma, Washington, Tim was a Boy Scout who achieved the Eagle Scout honor and spent many years helping others as a Boy Scout Troop Leader in Seattle.

During his career as a commercial real estate agent, he impacted Seattle history with the renovation of downtown’s Pioneer Square, and later moved to Payson, Arizona as a llama rancher, providing guided trips. He was passionate about photography and the outdoors, and was a member of Prescott Camera Club, Yavapai Roadrunners RV Club and St. Germaine Church in Prescott Valley.

Diagnosed seven years ago with Glioblastoma brain cancer, Timothy’s strength during that time was a testament to his spirit, deep faith and lifetime of fitness created by his love of the outdoors. Tim was a dedicated and loving husband, and a father who created a legacy of close-knit family relationships.

Surviving family includes his wife, Shirley Culbreth-Morgan; his three children, Matthew Morgan, Carrie Morgan, Clint Morgan; six grandchildren; and ex-wife Billie Jean.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Arizona.
