Mary Lauretta Fischer, Chino Valley
May 11, 2016 - March 22, 1936

Mary Lauretta Fischer of Chino Valley, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2015.

She was born May 11, 1936, to Thomas Martin Westover and Mary Gertrude Westover. Lauretta was born in Pennsylvania but her family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, when she was a teenager.

Lauretta married Frank Yarbrough and lived in the Prescott area for many years. She also lived in Mesa and Chandler, Arizona with her husband Robert Fischer and near her brother Larry T. Westover and his wife Shaaron A. Westover from around 1979 until she returned to the Prescott area in the late 1990s.

Lauretta was a devoted member of the Church of Christ throughout her lifetime. She was also an avid doll collector, loved antiques and enjoyed caring for her grandchildren.

Lauretta is survived by her three sons Louis Yarbrough, Lloyd Yarbrough and Lee Yarbrough and his wife Renee; in addition to her sister-in-law Shaaron Westover-Goswick; and two nephews, Dustin and Kyle Westover. Lauretta has 13 grandchildren including Shawna, James, Mary Beth, Chelsea, Laura, John, Hannah, Ryan, Laree, Brandon, Micalah, Timothy and Chase.

A memorial service for Lauretta is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the Church of Christ, 1495 E. Rosser St., Prescott, Arizona.
