Arizpna Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, March 30, 2016 Walter Tal Walker, 79, died March 18, 2016 in Prescott, Arizona surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 27, 1936 in Scranton, PA to Walter & Ann (Davis) Walker, who had 4 children. Tal was a caring and devoted father, raising his two daughters Michelle Allsup and Kelley Gregory; grandson Hans Miles; and step-children DJ Buttke, Blair Buttke, Maria Buttke, and Jamie Buttke. He leaves behind all of his children, 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren with one more one the way. He is also survived by his sisters Pat Parks and Stevie Walker. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother John Walker. In his younger years, Tal loved to play tennis. As he grew older, he found joy in visiting the casinos; he loved all the babies he ever saw and had an affinity for fast cars. He enjoyed climbing Squaw Peak and Thumb Butte mountains, and was an avid hiker.
