| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Parley P. Stock January 8, 1930 - April 2, 2016 Parley P. Stock was born January 8, 1930 to Earl and Katie Stock, in Show Low, Arizona. He died April 2, 2016 in Mesa, Arizona. Parley was raised in Show Low and Carrizo. He attended grade school in Show Low and high school in Snowflake. As a young man he loved to play basketball and dance. He also liked to hunt and fish. He enjoyed spending time with two of his favorite cousins, Joe Stock and Lester Petersen. He drove truck for several companies and ran the Sportsman Café. When he retired, he bought a home in Mesa. Parley had a green thumb. He loved to grow vegetables, flowers, and trees and was very proud of his rose garden. He loved to visit and looked forward to the Petersen family reunions. He also enjoyed playing cards and watching sports on TV. Parley is survived by his children; Patty Kay Williams, Parley Dell Stock, Randy Bart Stock, Ronnie Eugene Stock and Ryan Allen Stock; 12 grandchildren; and brother, Alfred Stock. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 A.M. April 9, 2016 at the Downtown Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 300 N. 11th St., Show Low, Arizona with a visitation 1 hour prior.
