| David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home, Wickenburg, Arizona Dianne Gray passed away at her home in Wickenburg on April 3, 2016. She was born August 13, 1959 to Doris and Richard Furman in Roseville, CA. Dianne moved to Wickenburg in 1969 finishing elementary through high school. After graduation in 1977, she attended Glendale Community College receiving an Associates degree in general studies. During this time she she met her husband and would be married a couple of years later. A few years later their first daughter would be born and four years later their second. Dianne’s husband was in the Army and they spent most of that time stationed in Fort Knox, KY. After divorcing, Dianne would return home to Wickenburg to raise her children. She worked at the Meadows for more than 10 years. After her service there she learned to do taxes and went to work for Walt and Donna Lanz for more than 7 years at Frontier Accounting, and 8 years at Badowski & White, CPA. Dianne was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where she lectured and taught religious education, including some years as the RE Director. She was very active with her daughters and International Order of Rainbow for Girls, providing many years of service. Her last Community service would be as the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce Treasurer, when she was diagnosed with cancer. Dianne is survived by her daughters Leanna Moralez (Zach) and Samantha Carpenter (Josh), her Mother Doris Gilbert, her Brother Tom and her Sister Alison, one niece, one nephew and two beautiful grandsons Xavier and Walker Moralez. She is pre-deceased by her sister Sandy. Being the loving and giving town that Wickenburg is, please make your donations to the local charity of your choice. Services will be held on Monday April 18, 2016 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church at 10:00 am. There will be a celebration of life, pot luck luncheon at the Wickenburg Community Center banquet room following the service. |
