| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, April 6, 2016, page 7a Anthony Jacob Joshu February 27, 1938 - April 3, 2016 Anthony Jacob Joshu, 78, of Cottonwood, passed away on April 3, 2016. He was born on Feb. 27, 1938, in Dupo, Illinois. Anthony attended Arizona State University for his teaching degree. He worked as a teacher; teaching high school level business and typing. Anthony belonged to St. George Orthodox Church of Prescott. He enjoyed guns, politics and volunteering with children. Anthony is survived by sons Andrew Russell Joshu of Florida and Matthew Robert Joshu of Scottsdale; brother Joseph Joshu of Phoenix; and sister Virginia Hammons (Bob Minor) of Prescott. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016, at St. George Orthodox Church, 609 W. Gurley St. in Prescott. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at All Souls Cemetery, 700 N. Bill Gray Road in Cottonwood.
