She was born in Harper, Kansas on December 20, 1926. Mrs. Harper is survived by her husband John C. Belyeu, a daughter: Lisa A. Belyeu; three sons: Charles B. Belyeu, Jon G. Belyeu, Richard C. Belyeu; a sister: Wanda L. Marcum; ten grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Westcott Funeral Home assisted the Belyeu Family with arrangements. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
