Kenneth E. Diller 1924 - 2016

Kenneth E. Diller, 92, of Camp Verde, passed away March 26, 2016. He was born February 10, 1924.

Ken and his wife Kitty settled here in the Verde Valley in 1996 after spending eight years traveling full time RVing across the country. They first lived in Cottonwood and then moved to Camp Verde.

Ken soon discovered that full-time retirement was not for him so he began volunteering in the local state parks. His first adventure was at Red Rock State Park and eventually he moved up to Construction and Development which took him to parks all over the state. Needless to say, he made many friends along the way.

A family obituary was submitted in a Colorado Springs paper, where a majority of his family lived and much of his working years were spent. Since Ken has made so many friends here in the Verde Valley he wanted to express how much all of you meant to him.

From all of his co-workers to his closest friends and neighbors, good buddy Ken says, "Thank You For Being My Friend."

Note: These obituaries are transcribed as published and are submitted by volunteers who have no connection to the families. They do not write the obituaries and have no further information other than what is posted within the obituaries. We do not do personal research. For this you would have to find a volunteer who does this or hire a professional researcher.
