| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 04/08/2016 Louis L. ‘Butch’ Johnson Butch Johnson died Thursday, March 31, 2016, in Eagar. He was born Feb. 24, 1944, in Phoenix. Butch has two daughters and two grandsons, Kym Johnson and her son Vince of Greer and Mosty Bauer of Pinetop and her son Nick of Phoenix. “Our father took great pride in his career of farming and ranching in southern Arizona. If you were a friend of Butch’s you knew how to tell a good joke. He never met anyone he didn’t run a joke by or tell a tall tale to. His light-heartedness and chuckle will be missed.” In lieu of flowers send donations to the Good Dog Rez-Q. PO Box 2882, St. Johns, AZ 85936. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
