Melissa F. Rothan, age 57 of Prescott, AZ, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. She was born to the late Irving and Ann Fitzpatrick on July 26, 1958. 

Melissa attended Judson High School in Scottsdale, AZ before attending Arizona State University where she completed a Masters' degree in Psychology. She had a rewarding career as a clinical psychologist in Prescott. 

Melissa is survived by her husband, John Rothan III, who she was happily married to for 27 years. 

There will be a visitation on Sunday, April 24, from 1-3pm at Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St., Prescott, AZ 86303.
