| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, August 18, 2000, page 5a Edwin Erdman Edwin Erdman, 91, died Wednesday, at a local care center in Prescott. He was born June 8, 1909, in Kenosha, Wis.,to Earl Edwin Erdman and Iva L. (Hill) Erdman. Mr. Erdman was a machinist, founding and operating the Kenosha Machine and Grinding Company with his brother-in-law from 1941 until his retirement in 1959. He was a scratch golfer and avid chess player. He enjoyed music and playing and making violins. During his very early youth, 1910 to 1920, he resided in Prescott and returned to the same area in 1989. Survivors include his wife, Pauline; daughter, Paula Williams of Kenosha, Wis.; son, Allan of Burlington, Wis.; and four grandchildren. Private family services will be at a later date. The family suggest memorial contributions to Yavapai College Swim Program, 1100 E. Sheldon St., Prescott, AZ, 86301 or to the charity of your choice. Hampton Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements. |
