Joy Eileen (Hinton) Corns, 53, died Feb. 27, 2016, in Tucson surrounded by family and friends after a two-year battle with cancer. She was born Feb. 5, 1963, in Tucson.

Joy loved the outdoors, gardening, hiking, camping and looking for rocks.

She is survived by her husband, Don P. Corns; three sons, Gabriel, Adrian and Pete; and three grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters and five brothers.  

Joy was preceded in death by her parents and older sister Nancy.

Joy was the love of her husband’s life and will be sorely missed.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 1, at the White Mountain Lake Community Baptist Church, 8320 Lone Pine Drive.
