| Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, February 18, 1949, p. 6 Milton Gayle Tinney Arrange Service for Gale Tinney Catholic services will be conducted in the Lester Ruffner Funeral Home at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon for Pfc. Milton Gale Tinney, who died July 1, 1944 as the result of wounds received in the Dutch New Guineas on June 19, 1944. Father Cecere will conduct the services, which will be followed by burial in the Mountain View Cemetery. Pall bearers will be members of his company: Hubert Stratton, James Zanot, Charles Smith, Bill Snyder, Geno Natalene, Frank Jennings. Pfc. Gale Tinney left Prescott in 1939 with the National Guard and was with that group in the Canal Zone and Australia. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F.
