| Camp Verde Bugle, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, April 30, 2016 Jessica Chezik 1989-2016 Jessica Chezik, 26, of Cottonwood, passed away on Thursday, April 21st. She was born on December 11, 1989 to Jerome "Jerry" and Irene Bilas. Jessica attended College America in Flagstaff. She worked for Carefree Assisted Living at a Med Tech and caregiver. Jessica was preceded in death by her mother Irene Bilas. She is survived by her husband of 3 years Ryan Chezik; son Liam Chezik; daughter Chelsi Chezik; brothers Brandon Bilas and Ryan Bilas; sister Stephanie Bilas and her father Jerome Bilas.
